edge easily accessible, it is also about creating a cultural shift throughout
our organization and, of course, within management as well. And we are
taking it further by creating opportunities for every employee to become

A CULTURAL SHIFT
We recognize the real value of knowledge sharing and we are reflecting this in all
of our communications, as well as giving special credit to all who embrace this
practice with us. Many managers and employees are already on board, but we
want to engage the whole of AVL family to fully support this important topic.
It is really important to have a good level of transparency of skills in our
global organization and harmonize them so that not only do we increase
our reactivity and flexibility, but so that we can provide the same customer
experience anywhere in the world. Knowledge Management is not just
something we do internally, but it extends to our customers and business
partners, via our interactions in the real world, and even online through
activities such as webinars.

strategy deliver real value, you need the support of your people. Continuous
feedback helps to improve its effectiveness and the regular active participation
of all involved peers is vital for its success. There is so much valuable
knowledge in our minds and the minds of our colleagues, and many of us
are not even aware we have it. So now it is the job of everyone – from top
to bottom and bottom to top – to rethink, what can we share with others,
and what would we wish to be shared with us?
