A FRAMEWORK FOR SHARING
In order to facilitate this, one of our goals is to create an internal framework
to enable our employees to connect with each other, grow together
and share both explicit and tacit knowledge in a structured way. Around
95 % of all knowledge is tacit – that is, understood without being stated
– such as in the form of individual experience and content-specific competences.
It is important that we integrate this framework of sharing into
our daily activities as smoothly as possible without over complicating or
