USE CASES
• Torque ripples and cogging torque can be visualized and interpreted
using Fourier analysis at any rotation speed of the e-motors rotor
• The evaluation of the lateral forces enables the detection of bearing stress
caused by phenomena like unbalancing
• The rotation speed for cogging torque measurements is no longer limited
by sensor dynamics
• In combination with a DoE (Design of Experiment) approach and
AVL CAMEO™, e-drives can be optimized by calibrating the e-motor’s
inverter over the whole operating range by reducing disturbing dynamic
torque inputs in predefined frequency ranges
With the Dynamic Torque Transducer, our customers are now able to
optimize their electric drives and take them to the next level. The DTT
is perfectly integrated into the proven AVL toolchain, but still flexible in
its application.
