AVL sets new standards for managing and processing large data volumes. The latest software tool generations of the AVL Team SUITE™ - AVL SANTORIN MX 2™ and AVL CONCERTO 5™ – interlock perfectly, allowing development organizations to integrate test data across department boundaries, taking their knowledge to the next level.

In view of the growing level of vehicle connectivity, systems thinking, along with multidisciplinary collaboration, has become the key to fast and innovative development processes. With the new software generations of AVL SANTORIN MX 2™ and AVL CONCERTO 5™, AVL has further improved the basis for such an approach.

The interacting solutions within the scope of the AVL Team SUITE™ enable a uniform evaluation of heterogeneous data from the simulation and measuring environment. These can be interlinked and enriched with additional information such as videos or GPS tracks, allowing engineers to filter out what is essential from the torrent of available test data, and implement well-founded decisions without major efforts.

Data harmonization allows to see the whole picture

AVL SANTORIN MX 2™ can already harmonize the test data created across the organization during the server upload. Specific formats, sample rates, units or designations of different data sources are automatically standardized, facilitating the direct evaluation and comparison of simulation and measuring results. To do so, customers are free to use third-party tools or the powerful data processing platform AVL CONCERTO 5™, which, based on templates, allows users to generate informative reports with easy-to-understand data visualizations relevant to action.

Apart from that, users will benefit greatly from the efficient way in which the two products interact. Via AVL CONCERTO 5™, data can be automatically pre-analyzed while they are being loaded to the AVL SANTORIN MX 2™ server. This makes it possible, for example, to define beforehand which criteria the data must satisfy before they can be saved. Yet another contribution to efficiency enhancement is the automatic report generation. This feature facilitates the usage of AVL CONCERTO 5™ as a reporting dashboard, which delivers reports at the very moment the data become available. Whether users are dealing with evaluations of particular test campaigns or the status quo of an entire test facility, AVL SANTORIN MX 2™ and AVL CONCERTO 5™ will provide access to exact analyses, regardless of location.
