AVL CONCERTO 5™ is the extendable platform to master the needs in data processing for the development of new and innovative vehicle concepts. Its powerful features for visualizing, analyzing and reporting combined with its smart extension options enable you to turn data, collected throughout the vehicle development process, easily into decision-relevant information.

The development of better fuel efficiency, new powertrains, e-mobility and enhanced driver support systems, raise the challenge of handling and processing new types of data and the growing number of measurement quantities. The increased efforts in analysis, visualization and reporting demand a higher level for standardization and automation of reoccurring tasks.

AVL CONCERTO 5™ allows the direct comparison of simulation and measurement data supported by automated harmonization of quantity names and units. A wide range of functions for data analysis, visualization and fully automated evaluations enables engineers to generate sophisticated reports. Re-using existing know-how is easy due to the flexible integration of third-party algorithms. All calculation and layout elements can be distributed via shared libraries for a standardized evaluation and result generation. With its open interfaces and integrated calculation functions AVL CONCERTO 5™ is the central data correlation tool for a wide range of automation, simulation and measurement systems.

As the platform for next level data processing, AVL CONCERTO 5™ provides powerful extension options which enable the individualization of tool functionalities. Users can enhance the platform by creating own applications for specific tasks and needs. With the integrated Application Development Toolbox, it is possible to extend existing Toolboxes and off-the-shelf applications (Apps) or create tailor-made ones. In addition, users can simply use AVL’s Apps and Toolboxes. Apps are complete solutions for various data pre- and post-processing tasks, containing e.g. a complete set of ready-to-use certificates or reports including formulae and calculations. Toolboxes offer key functionalities for particular application areas e.g. the Road Converter Toolbox for RDE testing or the Calibration Toolbox for ECU parameterization tasks.

AVL is a world-leading technology company specialising in development, simulation and testing in the automotive industry and other sectors such as rail, marine and energy.
