AVL opens new branch in Hamburg

AVL is now offering its comprehensive know-how and decades of expertise in new technologies to the maritime business. For that reason, high-tech company AVL recently dropped anchor in Hamburg and opened its very first AVL maritime office in the north German port city of Hamburg. AVL Marine specializes in the optimization of vessel operation, new technology integration, digitalization, efficiency enhancement and solutions for clean air. Numerous customers and partners were welcomed at the official opening of the representative office located at Caffamacherreihe 7.

 

Market segments relying on propulsion and energy production technologies are currently facing a host of challenges. It is no different in the maritime industry, where there is a growing demand for solutions in clean energy production.

AVL Marine in Hamburg caters specifically to customer groups such as shipyards, industrial partners, classification societies, ship owners, ship operators and charterers, and supports them in their efforts to meet these ambitious challenges.
