Martina has been with AVL for 14+ years, initially starting in the purchasing group and transitioning to the Order Handling Team after the migration to SAP. Over nearly a decade, this team evolved into the Order Management team, handling internal SAP setups and coordinating with purchasing, manufacturing, logistics, and service. As projects grew larger, her team took on more technical roles, requiring engineering degrees and experience. Martina highlights the dynamic nature of her work, emphasizing continuous learning and the excitement of evolving technologies at AVL.
