... 998, 999, 1000!!!

We are proud to announce the delivery of the 1000th AVL SESAM i60 FT SII multi-component exhaust gas analyzer to our business partner Rolls-Royce Power Systems AG. During a small ceremony, Joern-Peter Krohn, Key Account Manager AVL Deutschland GmbH, presented the customer, represented by Manuel Hesser, Director TTM, and Jochen Hauff, Team Leader TTME, with a certificate and a miniature model of the FTIR. 

The AVL SESAM i60 FT SII is a Fourier-Transform Infrared (FTIR) exhaust gas measurement system that offers the highest measurement performance thanks to our long-term factory calibration and evaluation methods optimized for different fuels and applications.

The FTIR system measures more than 20 gas components simultaneously, including nitrous oxide for EPA CFR 1065/1066, China 6, and ammonia for Euro IV - VI, and can measure all exhaust gas components regulated as additional pollutants for future regulations such as Euro 7/VII. Its flexibility is such that it can be updated to measure pollutants that may be required at a later date, e.g. for e-fuels and future applications.
