Robert is a project manager in software development at AVL. He already joined AVL in 2003, straight after the higher technical school of mechanical engineering. After obtaining his master's degree he became a project manager in software development. One important thing for him was when his team established Agile Software Development where they plan new activities within a space of two weeks. Another thing he really likes about working at AVL was the paternity leave to enjoy two months together with his son.
